Remed has launched the first and unique EAP (Employee Assistance Programme), AVITA; the work-site focused program which aims to improve organisational performance through the provision of structured management and employee support services.

Avita EAP includes:

7/24 telephone legal and fiscal information
7/24 telephone medical advice & information
7/24 general information services (Secretary, Concierge Services)
Information services through the Avita web site
Periodical managerial reporting and evaluation of referrals

Remed offers a comprehensive training (orientation and intercultural training programs) and consultancy about the host country and its culture, followed by an efficient 24 hours 365 days assistance and support services.


CORPORATE ETHICS HOTLINE

Corporate Ethics hotline is a dedicated telephone line and a mailbox operated by Remed as a third party company on behalf of corporate clients. Using the allocated mailbox and telephone line, employees may share their questions and opinions or to warn about the breach on corporate Principles about following topics; Stakeholders (Employee, Company, subordinates-Superios, other commercial organisations, shareholders, producers, consumers), competitors, public Institutions and Laws, behavioral rules, discrimination, interest conflicts, mobbing, violance and harrassement...


CRITICAL INCIDENT MANAGEMENT

Critical Incident is a traumatic event (such as death, serious injury, human suffering or violence, such as accidents, fatalities or near misses, verbal or physical assaults, robbery and serious physical injury) or the threat of such, which has the potential to harm life or well-being and causes extreme stress, fear or injury to the person experiencing or witnessing the event.
The purpose of the Remed Critical Incident Management is to provide guidance to the organizations, its employees and their family members, to decrease and avoid the negative effects of the crisis situations through its psychological and medical professionals (clinical psychologists, medical doctors and nurses).


EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

Remed has launched the Employee Development Programme based on its experiences gathered through AVITA EAP activities. This programme has developped and applied by Remed psychologist team and supervised by Prof. Dr. Hakan Yoney. The programme aims to activate the individual and corporate potential in order to maximize the productivity.
