QUALITY ASSURANCES

After the program launches, Quality Assurances process should be implemented main components of QA are as below:

  • Call Recording Tracking: Recorded calls periodically and randomly listened in order to ensure the provision of correct and appropriate information according to standard operating procedure approved at the beginning of the program
  • Secret Caller:  Senior staff members and/or trainers may call the platform in order to ensure all staff members are following the standard operation procedure.
  • Database Integrity Control: The Program's database and software periodically tested in order to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the stored data
  • Surveys: During the program trainers can organize surveys to test staff members on specific issues and to get valuable feed-backs from staff members.
